In 2016, Meredith Baer headed to court after a disgruntled client filed a lawsuit against her. Adam Piekarski said that he hired her to improve the state of his Manhattan apartment. It apparently cost him over $50,000 to get this privilege. Aside from that, she allegedly charged him extra monthly fees of $5,000. Sadly, the client felt that he did not get the best bang for his buck whatsoever.
