Christopher McCandless – Died at 24
McCandless was an American hiker who longed for adventures. He went straight to the Alaskan wilds after he graduated from college in 1990. Four months after his journey, McCandless’s decomposing body was found. He was paper-thin, weighing only 66 pounds and his cause of death was ruled as starvation. This photo was found undeveloped together with his other possessions. His life inspired the book and the movie, Into the Wild.
Thomas Edison – Died at 84
Thomas Edison was already given a second life. Prior to his death, he was put in a coma and he said, “It is very beautiful over there.” Edison was considered as “The Wizard of Menlo Park’ Edison is an inventor who was credited for the creation of light bulbs, motion picture cameras, and improvements to telegraphs. Edson died in his home at West Orange, New Jersey. His cause of death was due to complications of his diabetes.
