Brittany Murphy – Died at 32
Britanny Murphy was doing her promotion of what would be her last film. Her death happened in the same month that this photo was taken. She was more popularly known as the star in The Clueless film. Murphy’s death was due to pneumonia, anemia and multiple-drug intoxication. After her death, her husband followed weeks later. His death was the exact cause and he also died in their home.

Richard Pryor – Died at 65
Funnyman Pryor had a long and prolific acting career, including roles in See No Evil, Hear No Evil; Lost Highway; Silver Streak; The Toy; Mad Dog Time; Harlem Nights; Brewster’s Millions; Another You; Carwash; The Wiz; The Three Muscatels; The Mack; and Lady Sings The Blues. Pryor is pictured posing with Eddie Griffin, shortly before his death from a heart attack that resulted from multiple sclerosis he’d battled for years. Pryor’s widow Jennifer was quoted as saying, “In the end, there was a smile on his face.” He was cremated.
