This photo the same year that he died from his illness. Mercury died while he was still in the height of his career. He was the vocalist of the rock band Queen. He never acknowledged that he has AIDS until a day before his death. He died due to bronchial pneumonia as a complication of AIDS. Mercury said, “Oh, I was not made for heaven. No, I don’t want to go to heaven. Hell is much better. Think of all the interesting people you’re going to meet down there!”

Philip Seymour Hoffman – Died at 46
Philip Seymour Hoffman attended the 2014 Sundance Film Festival where this tin-type photo was taken. The Oscar-winning actor was found dead two weeks later in his apartment. He had an accidental overdose and he was found wearing, T-shirt, shorts and his eyeglasses were still on his head. The police found his drug paraphernalia scattered on the floor around him, there were syringes, prescription drugs, and empty bags in the bathroom where he was found dead.
