John Lennon – Died at 40
John Lennon was the co-lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of the Beatles. His last photo was taken hours before he was assassinated. Lennon was signing an autograph for Mark David Chapman who was also the person who killed him hours later. Lennon’s last words were, “I’m shot”, he was shot in The Dakota in New York. Lennon got shot several times in the back so he was out of consciousness within seconds. It was believed that Mark David Chapman planned his assassination for several months.

John Candy – Died at 43
While on the set of Wagons East, John Candy died of a heart attack. This was also the last photo taken of him. They were in Mexico shooting the film when suddenly a comedic star, John Candy felt pain in his heart. An autopsy revealed that he had been smoking a pack a day which may have contributed to his condition and sudden death. Living behind him were his family, his widow, Rosemary Hobor, and their children, Jennifer Candy and Christopher Candy.
