Unfortunately, her Gladiators career was cut short when she ruptured her cruciate ligament during Pyramid. She returned for the 1996 Wembley Live Shows after an operation and months of rehabilitation, but the knee swelled and another operation was required, and she was unable to compete in the show she adored. Amazon, who has three children, Elliot, Grace, and Finley, went on to present Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast and the Olympic Games in 1996 and 2004. Additionally, she has produced numerous fitness videos and books, in addition to modeling.
