24. Washington State University: Martin Stadium

Pullman, Washington

The last few years, the Cougars have had winning seasons (they went 11 and two in 2018), but their home hasn’t been much to cheer for fans. Unfortunately, the smallest stadium in the Pac 12 conference (with a capacity below 33,000) looked dated, even after recent construction. However, Martin Stadium could find itself off this list in no time, with more renovations planned, a nationally ranked team, and ESPN’s College GameDay having recently made the trip to Pullman.

Durham, North Carolina

Although recent renovations to the nearly 90-year-old stadium of the Blue Devils added five stories of luxury suites and a mammoth LED video board, Brooks Field is in many ways just average. Normally, the more than 40,000-seat stadium is only about half full, and the amenities are nothing special. The team that plays on it typically runs a .500 year, although Duke had an 8 and 5 overall record in the 2018 season and trounced Temple in the Independence Bowl by a 56 to 27.
