In 2009, Japanese fisherman Manabu Kurita managed to reel in a bass weighing a whopping 22 pound and 4 ounces! If you’re not sure what that means, a bass weighs only 12 pounds on average. The fish is practically a monster but the fisherman is even more impressive.
