Ditching Netflix To Work Out
One their journey, Jasmine and Jeremy figured out that they could not reach their goals by changing their eating habits. They had to exercise as well! It was a good thing that they could keep each other motivated on this fitness journey. At first, they swapped their half-hour of watching Netflix on the sofa for a 30-minute workout together! This sounds like a great way to spend their time more productively.
They Never Gave Up
The couple has admitted that it had not been easy. There were times when they felt like the weight loss journey was too difficult for them. However, they did not give up.
