Costco-Branded Cookbooks

For more than a decade, Costco published and distributed its handy cookbooks to members on Thanksgiving weekend, but it stopped doing so in 2015. Instead, recipes from suppliers have been substituted in the Costco Way cookbooks. “A “Farm to Table” section appears in the Costco Connection e-zines every month. The Costco Connoisseur, who was not impressed with the swap, wrote, “The only polite word that comes to mind to describe this is: LAME.” If they’ve not retained their old copies, Costco cookbook fans can still find archived duplicates by searching “Cooking the Costco Way” on Costco Connection’s website.

Kirkland Signature Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Kirkland Signature peanut butter cups, according to Costco customers, are similar to Reese’s. “Kirkland brand nails it,” as one Amazon customer put it. The peanut butter has a rich, creamy texture. The amount of chocolate is just right. It’s almost too good to be true that this indulgent marriage of chocolatey, salty creaminess exists. If you’re on a diet, don’t keep these around.” However, the popular product is no longer listed on the store’s website, and fans are disappointed that it is no longer available in shops.
