This seafood joint has already shut more than half of its branches and will be closing down many more during 2020. McCormick & Schmick is owned by Landry’s Inc and was established in Oregon. They have over 40 restaurants all across the U.S and 5 within Canada. The company is quickly going downhill according to its revenue, net income, assets, and equity. Its headquarters are currently being moved to Texas and Landry’s is shutting the branches.

Fuddruckers was once considered to be the only place to go if you were wanting the best crispy chicken fingers. At one point there were around 111 franchises and 77 branches that were company-owned and operated. Their income stands at $150 million and they plan to develop it further once they close certain stores. Over the years they have been through several ownership changes but their headquarters remain in Texas.
