Kona Grill
First founded in Scottsdale, Arizona- Kona Grill is quite famous for its sushi. At the moment they have around about 40 locations withing the U.S and Puerto Rico. Unfortutnwlt since they were established in 1989, they have been going through some hardships which could potentially lead them to shut down. At the beginning of 2019, it was reported that they would be declaring bankruptcy, although they still have hope for a potential merge regardless of the CEO’s possible resignation.

Back in 2014 Quiznos filed for bankruptcy, but this well-known sandwich spot somehow was able to make a good comeback as they decreased their debts by $400 million. At one point in time, they had 5,000 locations across the globe but are now just around 800 stores. They starting shutting down a few locations during 2007 and also said goodbye to 1000 restaurants in the U.S.
