Listen, the fans are not the only ones sobbing while watching This Is Us. Yeah, even the stars get choked up! In fact, Chrissy Metz admitted that she cries a lot when watching. Also, she said when she saw her costar, Mandy Moore in makeup that made her look older (so yes the end of episode two), she bawled. Metz found it hard to cope with her emotions.
