We are glad to hear that Chris Webber puts his money and fame to good use. He launched the NGO The Timeout Foundation in 1993 in the hope of helping at-risk youth. His efforts have been recognized and he was awarded the first ever Sacramento Kings/Oscar Robertson Triple Double Award.

He later started another initiative that helps young fans get free basketball tickets. At the moment of writing, more than 3,000 tickets have been distributed! We applaud people like Chris who never forget to give back to their fans. Good job!
