The collar, however, was not the end of it. A small bag was attached to the collar. Cindy removed the bag from Tabby and handed him his food, which he eagerly awaited. Cindy was once again perplexed as to who had placed the collar and pouch on her cat. When she opened the pouch, she found something even more unexpected!

The pouch was stuffed to the brim with dollar bills! Cindy counted them, was taken aback, and then counted them once more. Is it possible that this is actually happening to her? They amounted to quite a bit in total. Why would someone put a pouch around her cat’s neck and stuff it with cash? Cindy’s head was buzzing with questions.
