Tabby, an older cat, was her choice. She wished to give him a happy life for the rest of his life. The first couple of months with him were fantastic. Cindy eventually let Tabby go outside on occasion because the shelter had said that was what he enjoyed the most. Cindy was worried, but she wasn’t prepared for what happened next!
