Several handsome movie stars sat in the waiting area at the time. All of them had professional headshots on their websites. I had images of myself and my friends in my wallet. The first thing I did when I got into the room was ask, “Which is the camera?” ‘You’ve been cast,’ the casting director announced. The sky had my back, and it was watching out for me. In his words, “I’m going to throw you in the water and see if you can swim.”
Auschwitz-Birkenau Was Liberated By The Red Army.
After arriving in Auschwitz on January 27th, 1945, the Soviet Army discovered a warehouse full of personal goods. They discovered syringes, needles, artificial limbs, and shoes among other things. The police believed the camp had been abandoned at the time. When they discovered that it was full of sick and famished individuals who had been abandoned by the Nazis, they fled as swiftly as they could. Elisavetskii was the first soldier to enter the camp after it was established. As they ran up to us, they yelled, fell to their knees, kissed our boots, and wrapped their arms around our legs.
