Jason Starkey Today
Jason went on to form additional independent bands after putting his criminal past behind him. Jason, like his older brother and father, is a drummer. He and his brother Zak played drums for Buddy Curtis and the Grasshoppers, The People’s Friend, Empire Of Sponge, and even Musty Jack Sponge and the Exploding Nudists in the mid-’80s. For whatever reason, Jason, on the other hand, is uninterested in his family’s history. “Being Ringo Starr’s son is the worst thing that has ever happened to me.” He once said, “It’s a complete agony.” Jason eventually became interested in the music industry and worked as a road manager and drummer. He’s been married to Flora Evans, a fashion designer, since 2010, and they have three sons together.
Mary Anna McCartney
Parents: Paul McCartney and Linda McCartney
Born: August 28, 1969
When Paul and Linda married in 1969, they were both expecting a baby girl named Mary. You may recall her as the small child on the back cover of Paul’s debut solo record, ‘McCartney,’ who memorably peeked out of his uniform (which included the photo taken by her mother). Mary is Paul and Linda’s maternal oldest child. Mary shared her mother’s interest in photography. She had a great career as a photographer and reporter after that. Her areas of expertise include fashion and portrait photography. ‘Wingspan,’ a television documentary about her parents’ band, was created by her in 2001. She also played her father’s interviewer in the film.
