The Police
Three armed officers entered the building before Susan’s doctor could finish speaking. The doctor yelled, “It’s THEM!” while pointing at Susan. Susan, who was now feeling dizzy, was carefully targeted by all three officers as they each pulled out their firearms. What in the world was happening?

Because the baby’s thumb had practically taken up half of her nose due to the perforations, the police advised her to remain in place.
