We already said this before, but he was aware that they were the sort of people who liked the idea of “treasure.” In fact, his grandmother used to collect artifacts. His grandfather, on the other hand, had his own collection of antique “arms.” What was Eric going to find in the safe? On top of that, how was he going to extract it from down there?

He felt desperate to find out if it really was a safe. This was the reason he got in touch with other family members to ask if they knew anything about it. In the end, his mother had some intel on this matter. “I spoke with my Mom, and she said that my grandparents had a safe in Florida,” Eric said.
