Borussia Monchengladbach 1970
Borussia wasn’t just good in 1970, this club dominated from 1970 to 1979. They won titles in ’75 and ’77 and almost repeated it in the European Cup until they were beaten out by Liverpool. This roster isn’t talked about nearly enough. Borussia are the modern day Green Bay Packers – a lot of heart, a ton of talent, but just missing out on the big win.
