Gaël Monfils
French tennis player Gaël Sébastien Monfils ranked as the ATP’s number 6 in November 2016. As a junior tennis star, he won 83 matches to 22 losses which brought him to the combined world ranking of number 1 in 2004. At the 2007 Legg Mason Tennis Classic he became the 21st fastest server with a serve of 235 km/h (146 mph).

Sabine Lisicki
The fastest served performed by a woman was by German tennis star, Sabine Lisicki, at the 2014 Stanford Classic event. The speed her serve clocked was 210.8 km/h (131.0 mph). For a time, Lisicki held the record for the most aces in a single match by striking 27! Her record was surpassed by Kristýna Plíšková at the 2016 Australian Open.
