While the staff does wear a name tag, they actually don’t like to be called by their name! It just makes them feel subordinate when you use it without asking if it’s okay. One hotel employee explained that it makes them feel like they have absolutely no personal worth and are just an item that’s included in the price of the hotel. Food for thought!

First things first, the hotel will do everything to make you feel happy and that you had a lovely stay. Therefore they have a certain set of lies they tell to ALL of their guests. Things like all of the rooms are the same, they will remember you next time you come, there is nothing they can’t do, they appreciate all of your feedback, they apologize that you felt uncomfortable, they honestly didn’t mean to come off as rude, they hope to see you again soon, and they are 100% apologetic. Well that puts it all into perspective.
