We’re going to let you in on a little secret about actress Natalie Schafer. As you recall, Schafer played Mrs. Howell on Gilligan’s Island. Anyway, this actress was lying to the entire cast, crew, producers and frankly, also fans the entire time. She never revealed her real age to anyone, but then, the truth came out. Apparently, Schafer was 13 years older than Jim Backus, who played her on-screen husband. However, she never wanted people to know they had such a big age difference.
