Clearly, we don’t need a financial advisor to explain that Swift’s decision to invest in properties throughout the country is a smart move. Out of all her properties, her favorite place for parties and celeb hangouts is obviously the beach house in Rhode Island. Located on Watch Hill, the gorgeous home has a breathtaking view over the 700 feet of water. In all, Taylor Swift has spent about $40 million on properties, but that estimate from Business Inside doesn’t include money spent on rentals. Clearly, she doesn’t need to worry about taking out a mortgage. What a life!
