Torrey Smith, WR, San Francisco 49ers
Right now, Jackson is a veteran wide receiver who is in his prime, but is unfortunately stuck in a no-win situation with the new 49ers head coach, Chip Kelly. Smith’s best options are with maybe the Raiders, Packers, or really any team with an established QB. He’s a true talent and just needs to be playing in the right system to showcase his talent and take his team to the next level.

If Hightower doesn’t go then he could just sign his Franchise tender and play out the 2017 season, and then could immediately become an Unrestricted Free Agent beginning of 2018. However, this would mean a $14,754,000 cap hit in 2017, and we’re not so sure the Patriots really want that.
