Whoopi Goldberg Then
Whoopi Goldberg has never been a sex idol, as can be reasonably concluded. She is regarded more for her great acting and noisy attitude than for her looks. She has been nominated for 13 Emmys and has won at least one Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony. In 1985, she gained great acclaim for her portrayal of an oppressed black lady in the Deep South in The Color Purple. In the 1990s, though, her role in Ghost established her place in the public eye. She appeared in a number of popular films and television programs, including Sister Act, Hollywood Squares, and The View.
Whoopi Goldberg Now
Whoopi has unquestionably gained weight since her days on Ghost. The media has attributed much of this to her enjoyment of a good joint, which has contributed to her occasional munchies. In addition, it is natural for the majority of people to gain weight over time. Whoopi still occasionally performs, although she now focuses primarily on LGBT issues. Her “Give a Damn” initiative tries to inspire lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender persons to join forces with heterosexuals to attain equal and just lifestyles. That is remarkable. Whoopi, thank you for your work!
