Kelly Le Brock was an instantaneous success upon her first television appearance. In The Woman in Red, she starred opposite comic icon Gene Wilder. The daughter of the model was thought to be a natural in front of the camera! She went on to star in the 1985 adolescent sitcom phenomenon Weird Science. She portrayed a woman created in a science experiment by two adolescents. Despite the inherent misogyny of the film, her position as a self-assured woman develops the boys into men through a series of challenging lessons.

Kelly’s life has been full of ups and downs, and it appears that her best acting years are behind her. In 1986, she wed actor Steven Seagal, but they divorced in 1996. Throughout their marriage, they had three children. Since then, she has been active in the homeopathic community and has become one of the first women in the United States to own a hyperbaric chamber, which is used to treat a variety of maladies, including blood bubbles and infections. Today, the majority of LeBrock’s time is spent as a spokesperson for a children’s cancer group.
