At number 14 we have Russian National Team swimmer Yulia Efimova. Due to charges of blood doping, she was the subject of controversy at the Summer Olympics in Brazil. Despite her continued denials, she has two doping offenses on her record. Despite these dubious issues, she is definitely a talented swimmer, and certainly a true beauty!

13. Ivet Lalova
Lalova is a sprinter from Bulgaria who specializes in 100- and 200-meter distances. She runs the 100 meters in the 13th-fastest time ever recorded for a woman. She also placed fourth in the 100 meters and fifth in the 200 meters at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Her career was put on hold for two years, from June 2005 to May 2007, due to a leg injury she sustained in a collision with another competitor.
