Brittany ended her viral post on Facebook with: “Please feel free to leave a review on their Facebook page, Fat Joe’s Bar and Grill.” They started getting far too much hate for their Facebook page to be removed temporarily, but it’s up again. A few personal protests forced the diner to contact the cops not long after the circumstances made headlines. After all, they declare that their daily operations have not been significantly affected by the incident and will continue with much the same moral approach. Yet, one key feature they deliberately missed was one that many individuals neglect.

Brittney acted with sufficient professional skill to ask politely to change tables, which is not really an enormous request. The initial response (“suck it up”) of the manager reveals the mentality towards their staff member’s convenience. What about being allowed to deny service to customers trying to impose opinions on someone who wants to accept their request? And what would they have to say to the owners, Joe and Whitney Wallander?
