The first explanation as to why Julia chose to spend 100 days wearing the same dress is a simple one. It saves time. Since she had to look after two toddlers, a minimalist lifestyle makes sense. As she enjoyed saying goodbye to the agonizing issue of what to wear, she had more free time with her loved ones. Her reasons don’t end there, however.
