Always Watching….
This guy means it when he says he has eyeballs on the back of his skull. Instead of simply repeating the expression, he determined to make it come true and become a reality. We’ll never know why he did it, but it did happen and it’s true. This tattoo, like so many others, is horrifying. I mean, how could it not be? Tattooed realistic magnified eyeballs on the back of a man’s head? It’s terrifying!

This guy must adore Hello Kitty for this to have occurred. Given that he has a Pac-Man tattoo on his neck, it appears that he is open to any tattoo that he even somewhat loves. He just goes for it without a second thought. In some ways, that is admirable, but it has resulted in an odd outcome. We don’t know what the blue line means, but we’re assuming it’s there for a reason as well.
