There must be something in the tattoo’s center. As it was, she might have been attempting to get out of it. Also, perhaps she intended to irritate the artist to the point where they chose to abandon the assignment. It’s actually rather different from the other images here, but clearly something went horribly wrong.

We’ve seen a lot of dubious concept suggestions around here, so we don’t believe there’s an acceptable answer. Let’s hope he got a lot of flak for this design. No matter how you look at it, this was a horrible idea. It was a symbol of injustice and disrespect, so you just needed to be angry to get this tattoo.
