Patrick Muldoon starred as Zander Barcalow in Starship Troopers as the pilot of the Rodger Young, which crashed on Planet P. Because he and Johnny Rico have feelings for Carmen, he’s Johnny Rico’s archrival. Barcalow is relentless in his pursuit of her attentions throughout the movie. I enjoyed seeing him meet his end despite the fact that he had a bad rep because of his relationship with the main character. The Brain Bug, in the end, made up for just about everything he did in the film.
