The adventure did not finish when the sewer was uncovered. Someone needed to descend now that everything was finished. Dave looked around the room. People’s enthusiasm to help seemed to quickly wane. While most observers kept their distance, some looked to be intrigued in what was going on. Dave looked down into the long, deep, and black pipeline with trepidation.
