“A disability doesn’t always mean a person has to be wheelchair bound but lucky for you I one day will be. Right now my focus is to walk into my best friends’ wedding next September and not have to be pushed. I will be 42.” Justine has been walking for five years and is still going strong. She did, however, teach everyone a few life lessons.

Right off the bat, Justine did teach us that even when the odds are stacked against you, you must be strong and believe in yourself. Then she showed us this… “I’ll say it again; just because you can’t see it it doesn’t mean a person isn’t struggling to put one foot in front of the other. And yes I did walk into my best friends’ wedding.”  She described how it feels to live with MS in an interview with The Age.
