Always Compared
Let’s say that we were too young to remember the Duchess of York when she made public appearances because we were still too little at the time. People often made comparisons between the Duchess and Princess Diana throughout their time period. The Duchess of York provided an explanation of the quality of the material that is available on the internet. She wrote an open letter to Hello magazine and stated that she believed that anything might be published online.
Pitting Women Against Each Other
Regarding the statement made by the Duchess of York in the letter that she wrote, “Women, in particular, are constantly pitted against and compared with [one another] in a way that reminds me of how people tried to portray Diana and me all the time as rivals, which is something neither of us ever really felt,” this is in reference to the fact that “women, in particular, are constantly pitted against and compared with [one another].” In the letter, it is said that “people feel licensed to say things online that they would never dream of saying to someone’s face.” [Citation needed] And this motivates others to join in as well.”
