Very Familiar
If we’re familiar with it, Sarah and her Domino team have it to a great extent with Alexander. Sarah told us in an interview, “Our delivery drivers, he knows very well, because obviously he has conversations with them at the door.” It made sense, because for 10 years, Alexander has been your loyal customer. Who wouldn’t remember the man? Right? And he orders almost every day, not just that, so how would drivers forget him?
11 Days With No Order
Domino’s staff were very surprised that the order of Alexander stopped for three consecutive days. The people who knew him in the shop felt uncomfortable and awful. They were somewhat concerned about what happened to him. They also thought that he might just go on a trip, visit his family and friends or be on a business trip. They were left wondering what might be the reason why he should stop ordering.
