Doing Their Job
Sarah Fuller mentioned in the interview that she doesn’t see themselves as heroes. “I think we were doing our job checking in on someone we know who orders a lot. We felt like we needed to do something.” Even though Sarah said it was part of her job, it is obvious that she played a major role in saving someone’s life, and that happens to be somebody close to her, and she has been her regular customer for ten years, so when it happened, it is difficult not to look at him.
Inspiring
The staff involved in the incident showed their compassion and humility at the time. The level of their customer service is such that they care about the safety of their regular customers that saves him from the worse that could have happened if it was not for their help. It was inspiring. For a reason, they were really in the industry. It’s no surprise that the media will talk about this story, share it, and inspire other people across the country.
