Affogato
If you have never had an affogato, you’re certainly missing out. Ice cream is served in a cup, and a shot of espresso is poured over the top. Just imagine a melty pile of goodness with caffeine that many restaurants happily serve up. However, you might have to do a bit of explaining in some restaurants because, as you can see here, the waiter got really confused and apparently thought that avocado was involved. What the customer got was one for the books. We are saddened by the waste of both ice cream and good coffee.

One Tomato Salad
A great starter, a tomato salad is wonderful as a side dish, too. However, if you order it abroad, you might get a surprise. In this case, this customer thought of having a tomato salad in a restaurant in Brazil. What they got instead was lacking actual salad. What arrived at the table was some sliced tomatoes on a plate. Call us strange, but we believe there are leaves in salads or more than one thing. This eatery definitely cannot compete with Darden’s Olive Garden when it comes to tomato salads.
