Jackie felt more uncomfortable however, when she noticed a waitress staring at her. Now feeling quite uneasy, she wondered if maybe the waitress had simply never seen someone breastfeed before. Jackie anticipated the waitress saying/doing something, but she didn’t know what.

As Jackie got up to use the bathroom, her husband asked the waitress for the check. As Jackie left, the waitress rushed back to their table, handing Jackie’s husband a little note.
