As Benjamin Haggerty, Rapper Macklemore is somewhat connected with the Seattle Seahawks or any other Seattle-based team. When it comes to the Seahawks, no matter what, regardless of their success, he demonstrates his support for them. So, it makes sense that he is a native of Seattle. He has a song titled “My Oh My,” in which he pays an ode to former color commentator Dave Niehaus of the Seattle Mariner.
