Misplaced Remote
When we’re rushing around doing a million things, we can mistakenly move items from one room to another and forget about it, even if the object doesn’t belong there. This individual must have been doing something else while washing the laundry; perhaps watching TV, answering the phone, or something else, because they have washed their remote! We’re guessing they’re not going to be changing the channel for some time.
