It was in fact the Treetops Hotel in Aberdare National Park where the couple stayed the night that made this possible. According to Time, Elizabeth had been “in high spirits” following her “tremendous experience” at the time, and she had “vowed to return with her father as soon as possible.” When she was talking about the location, she said that her father would “love” it.
