The triple-decker night Bus was actually built, but it was so top-heavy that it required more than four tons of weight to keep it from tipping over while in motion. The bus traveled at a normal speed while the automobiles crawled around it, allowing the filmmakers to create a super-fast illusion when the footage was sped up.

Fiennes Makes His First Appearance As Voldemort
Fiennes makes his first appearance as Lord Voldemort in the film’s last graveyard scene. Newell considered avoiding using make-up in order to make the character more emotive, but he changed his mind after seeing the crew’s minimal make-up design. Fiennes shaved his head for the part, in addition to changing his nose with prosthetics.
