Thomas and Rebekah called the relator to see if they knew anything about this. At first, they were ignored and dismissed. Everybody said that they had no clue why a fence suddenly appeared around their house. There was no way they would be satisfied with that. They asked around until they got their answers. It turned out that the agency lied to them! What they learned made them furious.
