He just can not realize what he saw once he looked back. He could really stand only two seconds before his body completely reacted. He sprang on the walls and started to feel his claustrophobia stronger. Some of the chains started to swing! There was no one else inside the tunnel but him. If that was the case, who moved the chains?

No, it isn’t a mild movement because it did move forcefully. He knew somebody was monitoring him. He or she got to watch him, whatever it was. When he arrived at the entrance, his heart was really pounding. He knew that he had to evacuate and contact somebody for what he discovered. The question he had that time in mind was “Who?”
