With 220 lbs. of pure muscle, David Nelson seemed to have the makings of a true American Gladiator. However, let us just say that Titan had a competitive streak that made him look like an angry, violent, and unpredictable guy. He did not last longer than half of the freshman season. There were rumors that claimed that he was sacked for chasing the ref. Despite this, he kept working in the entertainment industry by making cameos in shows and starring in more than 30 commercials. In 2000, he joined the world of pro wrestling and even appeared in the music video for “It Doesn’t Matter” by Wyclef Jean.

Mike Adamle might have been great, but it would not have been the same had John Ferraro not been there to host with him. The two of them had been the dream team and made every move seem more interesting. Ferraro worked on the show for many years and has even worked on the spin-offs. He has kept a low profile over the years, but he has been working on a Finnish version of the show since 2017!
