Her father was just as stunned as Courtney so he took the story online. He posted a picture of the note on facebook and sent a public thank you to the man responsible for the kind act. He wrote, “What a wonderful person to not only leave a VERY generous tip but a lovely message too”.

He added that it was not the fact that the officer had left such a large tip, it was the fact that he saw a young girl struggling and he wanted to help in some way. This man is extremely selfless and this act is his way of sympathizing with Courtney. The act was truly beautiful.
