Shirley Douglas, the actress and mother of Keifer Sutherland, died on April 5, 2020, due to pneumonia complications. The actress starred in the television drama “Lolita” as Mrs. Starch in director Stanley Kubrick’s “Dead Ringers” (1962) and David Cronenberg’s “Wind at My Back” (1988) and as a widowed mother during the Depression (1996). She received a Gemini Award for her role in the 1999 TV film “Shadow Lake,”
